1992 - 2011

I began my career at Wedgwood after graduating from the MA Ceramic Design course at Staffordshire University. Initially, as a junior shape designer, my creativity, commitment, and management skills saw me later take on the roles of senior designer and then design manager. Working with an amazing team we designed not only for our core branded products such as the Wedgwood Tea Story but also our design partners, including Jasper Conran. I was lucky enough to travel to our international markets for both design research and project co-ordination of market lead initiatives. I also traveled extensively to oversee the design and product development, always building strong relationships with many of our suppliers and designing creatively within the manufacturing parameters.
